Q: Can I find my own workers to install it? Will it affect the warranty?
A: Self-installation is not recommended. AlphaESS official warranty requires that the system must be installed by CEC-certified + AlphaESS-authorized professionals and a compliance certificate must be issued; otherwise, the warranty will be invalid. If you have a recommended installer, we are happy to communicate with them, and after confirming their installation capabilities, we will grant them installation authorization.
Q: Will you issue a Certificate of Compliance (COC) to me after the installation?
A: Yes, we will provide you with a complete Certificate of Compliance (COC) after the installation is completed and passes the grid acceptance inspection.
About After-sales
Q: Is the warranty directly handled by the manufacturer or the installer?
A: The product itself comes with the original warranty provided by AlphaESS, while the installation workmanship is jointly handled by us and the installer , and we coordinate all after-sales issues throughout the process .
Q: If the system malfunctions, who should I contact and what is the response time?
A: You can either contact Alpha's official after-sales service through the APP or directly contact us. We will respond within 24 hours of the malfunction.
Q: Is there a charge for on-site repair during the warranty period?
